I had a yummy dinner session with colleagues after our business review. One of the dishes in menu was the steamed mantis prawns. Steaming is the best method of retaining the best sweet flavour of the prawns. Steamed fish (my bad as i am not familiar with the breed of the fish) is steamed to perfection with flakey, tender juicy meat.
The meal then followed by Lala dish, grilled lamb, stir fry kai lan with garlic, vegetarian tofu dish and seafood noodles.
