Sunny Fried Rice

Fried rice is a popular meal in chinese cuisine. The main key to prepare yummy fried rice is using rice that has been previously cooked. Day old rice is fine, but rice that is 2 or 3 days old is best.
Fried rice can be served as main meal or as side dishes. In chinese banquet, fried rice is served at the end of the course, right before dessert.

My version of fried rice is fluffy rice tossed with roast pork, chinese sausages, french beans, eggs and sometimes shrimps.
